RePlasTerial, our first eco-friendly material is entirely and exclusively made from post-consumed plastic waste. The recycled polymer as raw material is certified as food degree by FDA.

With 100% green energy in a low-energy process , we produce a stone-like panel with a marble aspect for interior designers and architects. So far we have  50+ designed patterns, and we customise unique patterns for special requests.

RePlasTerial can be fully recycled for 3-5 times with a buyback scheme to collect those used material back to our production line, making it a truly zero-waste option. Our material can be machined with conventional timber tooling.

By using RePlasTerial, you can make a significant impact on the environment. Each square meter of material used can reduce around 17.42 kg of CO2 and 19 kg of plastic waste.

Our panel size is as following: 1220*3050mm or 1220*2440mm, 9mm,12mm,18mm, 20mm.

Our production capacity per year is 100,000 sqm, and can recycle around 3000 tons of plastic waste.
